• Upon booking your reservation, you acknowledge there is a $249 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit if you cancel your reservation at any time. 

• We require a 50% deposit for your selected room rate upfront via credit card or check and the remaining balance within 21 days of your resort check-in date. 

• NO Refunds will be given if cancelling within 30 days of the retreat. By booking a retreat with us you understand a room will be held for you at the retreat, and therefore not available for others to book.  We are a small boutique retreat not a large hotel chain so our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

• IF you cancel your reservation 31 days or more prior to the reservation date, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.  

• IMPORTANT NOTE:  Your health is your responsibility.  We cannot accept individuals who are nursing or pregnant. If you have doubts or concerns about medications, preexisting conditions or any issues with your current state of health, please consult your medical professional before booking any of our cleansing programs.
